- The applicant must be
50 years or below at the time of submitting the application.
Australia Visa - Must be a practicing professional in any one occupation listed on the Australia Skilled Occupation List.
- Should be fluent in English and successfully submit an EoI.
- Must score at least 60 points on the points-grid.
- Should submit a health and character certificate.
- Should get their assessment done from the authorized authority.

Initially, a successful applicant receives
a visa for five years. During this time period, you can travel abroad any
number of time. If you further intend to extend the visa validity, you need to
stay in the country for at least two years, out of the five years. Alternatively,
spend four consecutive years in the country and apply for Australian
Citizenship.
